Delivery times may be longer than usual due to Covid-19 measures in our warehouse and delay at our couriers. For more information follow our Corona update!


At CakeSupplies we assume that your order will reach you in perfect state. Packages are delivered by courier service called PostNL. Large orders (the start weight depends on the country of destination) can also be delivered by pallet transport. In that case, prices are based on the destination of your order. Please contact our customer service for more information about our different freight costs. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days after receipt of your order.

On the day we dispatch your order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the dispatch of your order with a copy of the invoice in pdf format. When you receive this e-mail, your order will be delivered in 1 -2 working days to your address in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, for all other countries delivery time can be up to 3-7 working days.

Nobody home / Business closed?
In the unfortunate event that your order cannot be delivered to your address from Monday to Saturday (for packages), you will find a note in your mailbox with the nearest pick-up point. There is also a QR code on this note, which you can scan and use to choose a preferred pick-up point. If you don't pick up your package, it will be returned to If we send it to you again, you will be charged for delivery again.

Delivery to an alternative address
If circumstances prevent you from accepting your package on working days, you can supply us with an alternative delivery address, e.g. your work address or the address of a friend or family member. If you wish, you can enter this address in your personal profile on our site.

Stating your preference
We are always glad to help you get your order as soon as possible. If you have a preference for a certain delivery day, please state your preference in the 'remarks' section of your order, so that we can dispatch it the day before. You can then be assured that your order gets to you on your preferred day.

Tracking your order
Did you place your order and do you want to know when it will be delivered? You can easily request a track & trace link of the carrier in your account which allows you to follow your order. To do so, choose orders in your account dashboard. Once your order gets the status completed, you can click on view order. This will open your order, where after two tabs will appear named items ordered and order shipments. In the tab order shipments you can then click on the logo of the carrier, which will forward you to the track & trace page on which you can follow your order.
